Rabbit HoleTerms
Current service information and the remaining policy boundary.
Current service terms
The service and authoring terms below describe this release. Complete operator terms have not been published; this page does not establish a governing jurisdiction or claim incorporated operator details.
Current purchases use Stripe sandbox Checkout and do not take live payment. Passes, Credits and Chips are separate, account-bound balances with no conversion or cash redemption. Contestant creation costs 100 Credits and whole-event hosting costs 400 Credits, subject to the available capacity shown before acceptance. Other owners joining the field is not enabled in this release. New hosted events support free-Chip backing before their announced deadline.
Current Start, The Prize and continued chapters
Current Start charges 2 Passes for a whole contest, using the exact reviewed setup and available capacity. Opening backing remains a separate host action. Acceptance starts funded preparation and cannot be cancelled for a voluntary return. A ready contest stays in My competitions without expiring while backing is closed. Failed preparation or nondelivery after the accepted service deadline returns the 2 Passes once. A delivered Unsuccessful result is not nondelivery. Older Credit-funded events retain their original contract.
The Prize pays its signed-in paying host a separate automatic award of 100–500 whole Chips, uniformly distributed, only on successful delivered completion at the authoritative result-release time. This does not require backing or an existing Chip balance. No award is due for Unsuccessful, technical VOID or Escape. The award is independent of spectator backing returns and fictional treasure; narrative punishment adds no wallet charge.
Play again and Continue story create or resume free owner drafts. Start is a separate deliberate action costing 2 Passes for each new attempt. Continue story requires an eligible ending and retained rights. It uses an actual late action frame and a planned endpoint summary; generated depiction can vary. Prize and new continued chapters contain 15–45 seconds of action (90% in 30–45 seconds), followed by a six-second result card. Each event retains its own accepted timing and result.
Missions
A mission has 1–5 parts including its finale. Every current part and repeat is a separately confirmed 2-Pass attempt; selecting a length does not buy or reserve future parts. Current capacity is checked at each Start. Standard, Easier and Harder chances are 50%, 70% and 30%; choices and skipped parts add no hidden odds modifier. Each successful delivered and released attempt independently pays its host one uniform 100–500 whole-Chip award, without backing being required. Unsuccessful, VOID, unplayed positions and replays earn no new award. There is no additional finale or campaign award.
The full brief is optional to reveal; the exact current success condition remains available before backing. Next part and Jump to finale use the selected released ending. A jump records only unplayed positions on the accepted branch and invents no wins or acquired advantages. Free preferences and saved drafts start nothing automatically. Earlier awards and other branches remain available. Only that branch’s released finale resolves its primary mission. Private inherited context remains private.
Legacy hosted competitions
Hosting acceptance records the exact field, world revision, attribute mode, mechanical condition, objective, payer and visibility, and charges the host 400 Credits for the whole event. It does not start generation. Opening backing is a separate host action. It announces a fixed 30-second deadline. The server resolves the official outcome only after backing closes, then begins generation. The outcome cannot change during retries.
Before backing opens, cancellation returns all 400 Credits. An unstarted reservation expires after 24 hours with the same return. After backing closes, a usable event must be delivered within 30 minutes or all 400 Credits return automatically. Returns are linked to the original charge and happen once. A returned event cannot restart or revive from a late provider output. Losing a delivered competition is not nondelivery.
Legacy Racing and Battle delivery includes 45 seconds of action and a six-second result. Generated depiction can vary. Report missing contestants, continuity or outcome contradictions through the competition details page or Support. A known contradictory film is not treated as correct merely because its result card is correct; reporting records a review and does not itself change balances or the official outcome.
Private events are owner-only. Public hosting requires confirmation that the selected contestant names, descriptions, portraits, attributes and world text will be visible with the event and eventual result and replay. This does not publish the underlying saved world. Private notes and sign-in identity remain private. Hosted results are unranked.
Free Chips and backing
Each account receives 10,000 starter Chips once and 5,000 on its first signed-in visit in each subsequent UTC calendar month. Missed grants do not accumulate; existing Chips do not expire. No purchase is required. One contestant may be backed per event, with additions, cancellation and switching before the fixed deadline. Quoted gross returns include the stake and settle once at the server’s official result time. Final cancellation or voiding returns committed stakes once. Temporary recovery or an individual playback problem does not void an event. Read the exact return formula and timing rules.
Authoring and publication
Rabbit Hole authoring is for people aged 18 or over. We record your acknowledgement once; this is not independent age verification and we do not ask for your date of birth or identity documents.
World drafts are private until you explicitly publish a selected revision. Publishing confirms that you have the necessary rights and permissions for the submitted content and permits attributed reuse and remix within Rabbit Hole. Future public contestant profile edits use the same versioned rights confirmation. Keep private or third-party material out of a publication unless you can grant those permissions.
Reports can lead to attributable review and restriction. Plain-text and format checks are not comprehensive content moderation. Keeping a world does not transfer authorship or grant access after it is withdrawn.
The public product is Rabbit Hole, with Rabbithole.tube as the business-name direction. Registration has not been confirmed and no incorporated operator has been assigned. Actual operator and registration disclosures remain pre-beta work. Intended reach is global with no founder-selected geographic exclusions; mandatory restrictions still apply where required.
