Email support@rabbithole.tube and include the relevant purchase, creation or hosted-event reference. Do not send a sign-in link, password, payment-card details or other secrets.

You can check a retained purchase from Passes and Chips and reopen saved creation status from My contestants. Your competition history shows the retained event, service deadline, official result and any service return. Checking an existing record does not start another purchase, creation or event.

If a sign-in link has expired or already been used, request a new email link from Sign in.

Hosted event concerns

Open the competition details page to report a delivery problem, missing contestant or a film that contradicts its official result. Include what happened and where in the film. Reports retain the original event and outcome; they do not trigger replacement generation or an automatic Credit adjustment.

Prize and story help

A Prize award posts automatically after a successful film reaches its official result time. Look for Prize award in your Chips ledger; it is separate from bet returns. Play again starts from the accepted opening setup. Continue story uses an eligible released ending and may show pending or unavailable while that ending is checked. Neither button spends Passes; review the saved owner draft and choose Start to fund a new contest. Private inherited context stays private.

If a draft or ending is unavailable, include the event or draft reference when contacting support. Do not purchase or create extra contests just to test the problem. A missing continuation endpoint does not change a delivered film or its legitimate award.

Missions help

Choose 1–5 parts including the finale. Each part or repeat costs 2 Passes only when you press Start. Reveal the brief and current success condition whenever you want; hiding it changes no terms. Next part uses this attempt’s released ending; Play this part again uses its original start. Jump to finale skips unplayed positions only when accepted. The free next-destination preference during a preliminary part spends nothing and starts nothing.

A successful delivered and released part posts one 100–500 Chip Missions bonus to its paying host. There is no extra campaign award. Your branch history and preceding-attempt links keep other routes available, including after an Escape or Prize offshoot. See Missions rules.

Content concerns

Report a concern about a contestant or other content. A report does not automatically remove ownership or return Credits.

Authorized operators can open the separate support console. Ordinary customers do not need operator access to view their account or request help.
